Fluent Team

We are founders, educators, and startup ecosystem builders. When your organization joins the Fluent community, you automatically level up your team without having to hire additional full-time staff. Whether you plan to serve five local startup teams or five hundred, Fluent can scale up or down our services to match your needs.

Best of all, we’ve personally built and managed programs like yours and understand the logistical needs, the stakeholder complexities, and all of the little challenges around trying to make a big difference in the world for your local community.

Fluent is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, but we’re really from everywhere. Our team has lived and worked in startup communities throughout the United States, and we’re regularly on the road working with startup ecosystem builders in Alabama, Virginia, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Colorado, and Iowa.

We would love to chat — please email our team here.

Beth McKeon

Beth McKeon

Founder/CEO

Beth is an entrepreneur and educator. She has run accelerator programs in four states and led and participated in startup building initiatives across the country.

Her strengths are being strategic, moving fast with strong opinions loosely held, bringing a “let’s test it” mentality to everything she does, and insane amounts of optimism.

Prior to managing accelerators, she founded Kids Calendar, a startup serving local families in five cities across the US, which she sold in 2017.

Before jumping into Startupland, she was an educator and professional development trainer, helping individuals and teams for over 12 years experience in the private and public sector. She received her Master’s degree from Columbia University in 2005.
